Ángel is based in Washington, DC. He is a Senior International Business Development and Public Affairs professional. Over the last three decades, Ángel has led and implemented government, corporate and institutional business development strategy and engagement/outreach programs for Fortune 500 companies. He specializes in working with the US Government, US think tanks, business associations, multilateral development banks and other international agencies.

He has pioneered Corporate Social Responsibility programs across the globe. He is a founder and the first President of the Ricky Martin Foundation (2003 - 2010). He created the guiding philosophy, programmatic base and worldwide strategy of multi Grammy award winner Latin artist Ricky Martin’s charitable organization. Angel’s expertise in the entertainment industry, government relations, philanthropy and public advocacy has been key for his clients’ successful execution of their initiatives.
