Marcela is one of the leading political and corporate strategists in Latin America and the United States. She is an internationally recognized expert who has built a strong reputation as a trusted advisor and is widely recognized for her crisis management, strategic communications, D&I and public affairs acumen. An insightful achiever, she applies an entrepreneurial-mindset to leverage consumer insights, market trends and emerging technologies. She specializes in leading integrated digital, marketing and communication programs, developing brand messaging and positioning strategies for corporate and political clients.

Marcela is a 2021 Forbes Next 1,000 honoree. The award celebrates bold and inspiring entrepreneurs. She has also received the 2022 Entrepreneur of the Year Award by LIDE and the 2022 WEES leadership award.  Marcela is also an Adjunct Professor at NYU.

In Latam, Marcela has been a political adviser to more than 12 Presidents. In the United States, she has worked for Mayor Bloomberg campaign and many Fortune 500 companies including Airbnb, WeWork, Audible, Marsh & McLennan, United Airlines, Novo Nordisk and Nissan, among others.

Marcela is a Fulbright Scholar, a Delta Kappa Gamma Scholar and a Monica Mourier de Archibal Scholar. She has an Executive Degree from the Stanford Latino Entrepreneur Initiative at Stanford University Business School, a Masters Degree in Public Policy from the University of Connecticut, and a Masters Degree in International Relations from the Catholic University of Argentina.

Marcela is Board Member of CNBC Changemakers, an Advisory Board member of the Pan-American Development Foundation (PADF), a member of LBAN (Latino Business Action Network), and a Board member of WEF Caribbean (Women Economic Forum).
